Pet care experience
I'm a lifetime animal parent, both large & small; fish, birds, cats, dogs & horses. I have such a genuine love of animals, and enjoy volunteering and supporting rescue organizations. All of my dogs have been rescues; it's so rewarding to give them a new life! My Border Collie was abused and completely afraid of people & other animals. I've worked with an amazing certified trainer, and my dog has made a miraculous recovery! I've learned a tremendous amount from this experience, which now makes me very knowledgeable in understanding behaviors & how to interact with all types of dogs. I’m also knowledgeable in recognizing changes in behavior which may need further evaluation. I also have knowledge in pet health & nutrition, and can administer injections. I have been caring for my friend's and acquaitance's pets for many years just because I love to help others, and out of sheer love of animals. This is an opportunity for me to share the love with your pets also! ❤️🐾

Lori is great with dogs. Not only is she compassionate with them but she is quite patient, as she has taken the time to understand and work with my Doberman, Pitbull, and Rat Terrier. All 3 rescues are on e-collars and slip lead leashes and can be very difficult. We have used her dog walking services quite a few times, which have been incredibly helpful. Lori is very reliable and by far my first choice for a dog walker. Amanda Rubio

A typical day
I love to run, so if that's what your dog loves to do, we can walk/run at Woodward Park, or along a great trail that follows the river. I know of all kinds of great walking trails that my dog enjoys, so I'm sure your dog will also! We can play fetch with a ball or frisbee, play tug with some toys, or maybe just taking a peaceful stroll will make your dog the happiest. Does your dog want to learn something new? I can teach them anything from walking on a leash properly to learning new tricks! I'm open to whatever makes your dog the happiest!
