Pet care experience
I’ve worked professionally in the pet care industry for 3 years, and privately for family, friends & acquaintances several years before that . My professional experience includes working in a grooming salon as a bather as well as in a daycare setting as assistant director. I am a certified Pet First Aid & CPR instructor (please don’t hesitate to reach out about classes!) My partner Lucas (who is also on the Rover app) and I work together to ensure that your pets have the best care provided to them.

Lori is great! She is great with my dogs and is clearly very knowledgeable about pet care. I was especially impressed by how well prepared she is - she arrived with her own water bowl and cross-body leash for walks. She asked lots of questions about my pets and our routine. I feel very comfortable leaving my pets in her care. Definitely recommend!
Lori is so great! We just moved to the area and were nervous about leaving our pets with someone new but she made it easy. She sent lots of updates which gave me peace of mind while we were out of town. Would (and will!) definitely have her watch them again.
Lori was great with my dog! So professional and I can tell she really loves dogs! She always sends updates and cute pictures on walks! I don’t know what she does but my dog comes back exhausted and ready for a nap (yay!). Definitely someone to consider when choosing someone to look after your pup!
Lori is the most wonderful human being I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She has extensive knowledge of dog behavior as well as pet first aid. I have trusted her with my own dog and would not hesitate to do so again!

At the moment we do not offer boarding out of our home but would like to in the near future! Your pets safety is top priority! On walks and outside excursions we implement additional tools to ensure your pet is secure. In your home we conduct a meet and greet to make sure we know the ins and outs of your pet’s schedule. This helps us familiarize ourselves with your pet’s individual needs to make sure we’re providing them with a tailored experience to keep them safe, enriched and happy while you’re away!

Prior to any service I like to conduct a meet and greet where we will discuss/document any allergies, behavioral issues, physical limitations etc. We find that being open and honest brings you the peace of mind that you need when entrusting your beloved pet into our care!
A typical day
I tailor each of my clients days around what they’re interested in! We have several enrichment activities we like to engage pups in to give them the mental stimulation they crave! A lot of the time pups are super excited to explore the world around them, so my walks frequently turn into sniffaries
