Pet care experience
Our family loves pets and we’ve taken care of several through the years. I am letting my son who is 13 try and earn himself some money by doing this with me. He is very good with pets, is respectful, trustworthy, and attentive especially when it comes to animals. We have a senior dog who he takes good care of along with a pup and a cat. Myself, Ive grown up with animals my entire life and just don’t know what we would do without our fur babies.

Lori and her family provided boarding for our 5-month-old puppy for 5 nights. We had an excellent experience. Lori provided photos and updates throughout our dog’s stay. She has a pet-friendly home and made our puppy feel comfortable in her new environment. I will definitely be contacting Lori again when we need boarding services.
For as long as I've known her, Lori has always had a way with animals. They adore her instantly and she loves them too. She has a big heart and cares for a cat, a Brussels Griffon and a Puggle. She treats her pets like they were her own kids and spoils them whenever she can. She has taught me to appreciate animals more and I'm glad she did as they do enrich my life and are good loyal friends.

I am very protective when it comes to pets and our family has a lot of experience being around them. We always keep them on a leash when walking and are sure to make sure water is accessible at all times. We love cuddles but understand if some pets are shy which is ok too.

I would need to know if they have any medicine they need to take and how to administer it beforehand if any special instructions. I would also need to know if they are on a diet and schedule/routine preferences.
A typical day
I usually start by taking them outside, make sure they have both water and food (if that’s on their schedule). I usually have toys to play with or watch pets in the same household so they don’t hurt each other. I take them on a walk at least 2-3 times a day. If we’re on an overnight, depending on the arrangements and owner preference, we’re glad to stay with the pets as well.

Availability
I work from home and have flexibility during my day. My son is home after school at 3:30pm so that’s the only time I’m away for a few moments to pick him up.
