All dogs must get along well with cats and other dogs. Hunting dogs are not a good fit as they have the instinct to chase smaller animals, including cats. We can't accept dogs that are prone to fighting or aggression. We generally separate the cats from the dogs but want to be sure everybody will be safe. Are any medications needed? Are they prone to having anxiety when in the care of others? Does your dog have all its shots? Any resource guarding? Any triggers? Flea and tick meds and heartworm? Flea medicine is important, being we live in Florida and can't control fleas. Please provide a copy of all vaccinations with you when you drop your baby off with us. Any allergies? I give peanut butter as treats, please notify me if your pup can't have treats or is allergic to peanut butter. We also have butcher bones but don't use rawhide. Just want to be sure your baby is ready for a great stay! If you have a big family of dogs, please contact me, and if I have the space, we can probably accommodate them at a reduced rate. I have had up to 8 dogs at one time! We truly love pets, and you will get tons of pictures! The overnight rate is for 24 hours, if you need to drop off your fur baby in the morning and pick up later than that on the day of pick up, we will charge a doggy daycare rate. Please note: hours of operation are from 8 am to 8 pm. We can not accommodate later pick-ups or drop-offs. If my calendar shows full at any time, please contact me. It may be because we are having dogs leave that day and will be open.

Your dog's sleeping arrangement Sierra loves to play host, and we usually have her, and our dog guests sleep in the family room. We also let dogs sleep in our bed with us. We have toys for chewing or playing fetch. Feel free to bring a dog bed, blanket, toys, treats, food, and whatever else makes your dog or cat happy! Our goal is to make your dog or cat feel like they are on vacation! Cats will get their own bedroom. We do not cage our pets, but if your dog feels safer in a cage, we welcome it. The time I'll spend with your dog My husband and I are home most of the time so your dog will get all the attention he/she needs! We have a fenced yard, but we don't leave the dogs unattended outside for more than a few minutes. Sierra loves to play tug of war with others. Let us know what types of activities your dog enjoys, and we will accommodate them.
