A pet owner since childhood, I adore spoiling pets and thrive on their companionship. I will welcome your pampered child as one of my own and give them the attention they need to feel secure while you are away. I stick to my area of speciality which are cats and small pups. I also have experience with senior and sight restricted dogs. I am committed to having only one pet family at a time in my home.

Lori was the best! We don’t often leave our senior dog and she was so understanding and patient with him as he got settled. He had a great week and we felt great knowing he was so well taken care of.
Lori was great! Sent plenty of pics, gave our cat the time needed to warm up and feel comfortable, and had plenty of space for him to wander. Our cat’s an only child, and has never really been alone with another male cat before. I was worried how it would go, but Julien is a perfect host! I loved seeing pics of him coaxing our little guy to have fun.
Lori did a great job with our two dogs!

I live in a quiet condo community with plenty of safe, traffic free space for pup walks down to the river and paved trails for longer walks. Cats can enjoy a calm, quiet environment with plenty of space at my home, which is full of windows for watching birds and squirrels play on the lawn. If dropping in to watch a pet in your home, I am able to stick to a solid morning and evening routine to give your pet the stimulation and companionship they need while you are away. We’ll have playtime and snuggle time as your pet needs.

I do have a cat in my home with allergies and require pets I host to be on regular flea treatment. Let me know if your pet has any special needs, dietary requests or routines I need to adhere to, or any personality traits or preferences to ensure I can accommodate.
A typical day
We can enjoy walks down to the river front or trail, car rides to the park, or social time walking around downtown Collinsville if that is your dog’s preference. Pups will enjoy a morning and evening walk, play sessions during the day and a quiet snoozing environment. Cats will enjoy play sessions and window fun as the birds and squirrels come out to play, with lots of lounging around time in the sun puddles. Working from home allows me to offer companionship throughout the day, and evenings of snuggles and affection.
