Cheerful Pet Sitter
Pet care experience
I've been caring for dogs & cats for several years, in addition to always having my own dogs & cats (and betas, tropical fish, hamsters and birds!) I love animals and am enjoying making this my full time job.
Reviews
Lori is amazing 🥰
Responsible, generous with her time, and loving as always!!!!
Amazing service!! Lori is the best there is and I feel so lucky to have her - she is more than a service - shes family!
Lori came into our lives at the perfect time to help care for my 91-yr-old aunt’s little pup. She was a gift to our family. I’m grateful for her positive attitude and caring heart. Thank you, Lori!

My yard is fenced in. I have two dogs and one kitten to keep your pet company, but I also have the option to segregate them in the house as needed. All animals are initially kept in one half of the house (with me), away from my dogs until they get acclimated. All meals are provided in separate rooms to avoid any food squabbles. I maintain my "Cat & Dog First Aid" certification through the American Red Cross.

Information Lori D. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if you have any preference regarding when or where your dog walks. If you would prefer they not leave my house, I respect that. Also, as far as size goes, I checked the selection for dogs in the range of 41-100 lbs, but honestly, 60ish lbs is my limit. I will certainly consider larger though if your dog is particularly docile or elderly.
A typical day
Depending on a dogs needs, they get plenty of supervised, backyard playtime. For dogs that like longer walks, I take out on the hike & bike trails here in The Woodlands or sometimes drive them to the Waterway to walk there. (Occasional trips to Starbucks for a pup-cup.)

Availability
I don't work outside of pet care/drop-in visits, so I dedicate my attention fully & have lots of playtime for pets I'm boarding or walking.
