I have been around animals my entire life. Growing up on a ranch we were responsible to raise and take care of everything from bunnies to horses; cats and dogs were our best friends. We raised St. Bernards and Siberian Huskies for numerous years for Search and Rescue teams. As an adult I have taken care of numerous pets for friends and family while they are on vacation or on work trips in my home and in theirs . I enjoy the exercise as much as the dogs do going on walks. I just feel pets are so calming and love you unconditionally! They always turn a frown into a smile! I have a completely fenced yard and plenty of covered area for protection from the sun. I enjoy playing with both dogs and cats and already have toys for both. I also have a cat that is friendly with other animals. After many years of traveling for work and pleasure myself I know how hard it is to find someone reliable to take care of our pet and home while we are away.
