Pet care experience
I have had pets for the last 38 years. I currently have 3 dogs (a Brittany, a mini Bernadoodle and a Goldendoodle), 3 cats, 1 rabbit, 7 goats, a duck and chickens. I do all my own pet care, grooming and training after learning from a hired professional canine trainer and my vet. I am also a retired RN with 30 years of medical experience.

We are so so happy to have found Lori to watch our sweet pup. Her place has a huge outdoor fenced yard in a beautiful setting. She and Mike are such friendly people - we will definitely use them again!

It is imperative that you realize that no dogs sleep in my bed or on my furniture. Not my own or yours. I will be able to crate your dogs at any time, if needed, and crated at night is best, as mine are, and it provides a better sleep environment for all. I have a 2 acre open lot and I use an underground electric fence for my dogs. Your dogs will not be left unattended while outside. My friendly dogs will provide companionship, playtime and exercise for your dogs. Boarding is for a 24 hour time slot, so please book accordingly. Anything over the 24 hours/day will be adjusted accordingly.

Boarded dogs must have proof of flea and tick medication, rabies, DHPP vaccine (distemper/parvovirus) and kennel cough. Let me know if your dog has any special needs that will need my attention while in my care. Will they need oral or injectable medication or any other special care?
A typical day
I play chuck-it frequently with my dogs in my 2 acre yard. They have a large fenced area to run around. We take 1 mile walks down a dead end country road. I offer very personal daycare and boarding in the comfort of a home environment. Your dog will be treated like part of our family.

Availability
I do not work outside the home. I am home all day (except when doing dog walk) caring for and playing with my furry and feathered children. I give my dogs plenty of exercise playing ball and walking them.
