So grateful to have found Loretta and Francis on Rover! This was the first time I had to leave my dog and they both took good care of Coco and always consistently sent photos of him while I was away. They took the time beforehand to ask questions about my dog and my concerns which was very comforting.They were also very patient and flexible with drop off and pickup times which helped me a lot because my flight was delayed. My overall experience with them was so pleasant and I felt like Coco was in good hands. Thank you again for welcoming Coco to your home:)

Loretta was vary easy to reach and communication went smooth. She looked after our two senior dogs for 3 nights. She kept us posted by sending pictures. I’d definitely recommend her and would leave my dogs with her again.
