Loren and her boyfriend were wonderful hosts for my dog, Pirate, from the very start. Pirate is an older rescue dog who comes with his own set of special needs (dog anxiety, some potty training, blindness, etc), none of which phased Loren. She approached Pirate with nothing but love and kindness, and he instantly warmed up to her! Every day I received a text update with pictures/videos, which helped keep my mind at ease while traveling. She even let Pirate snuggle with her on the couch while they watched movies/tv. Outside of the actual pet sitting, Loren was also very helpful when it came to logistics. This was our first foray into Dog Vacay, so I wasn't exactly sure where to update things on the site, or how best to handle pickups/drop offs. Loren was SUPER flexible with my schedule and even offered to pick Pirate up from my place next time if easier - SO convenient. I would absolutely recommend Loren to anyone looking for a calm, welcoming environment for their dog to stay in. She and her boyfriend are true dog lovers and wonderful people!

Loren was fantastic. Her communication while scheduling and throughout the stay was prompt and thorough. She kept me up to date with pictures and messages. I plan to use Loren in the future and would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a qualified and friendly person to look after their pet.
