Pet care experience
Hi, I’m Lora! I have years of experience training dogs for a local positive reinforcement dog training company. There, I’ve worked with all breeds of dogs with a variety of personalities, behaviors, training needs, etc. I grew up with many animals to take care of - dogs, cats, rabbits, sheep, cows and chickens. I have watched many of my friends dogs over the years and I now offer dog walking, and dog/cat drop ins at your house. I currently have a needy, smart, floofy dog named Nova. She has challenged me as a trainer, and is now a wonderfully behaved pup. I enjoy training her, while also making it engaging and fun!
Reviews
Lora had great communication, came right on time, and did a great job walking our high energy GSP. Thank you!
Lora walked our dog, Jack and was very responsive and accommodating. She was right on time, took him on a nice long walk, and sent lots of cute photos. Highly recommend!

𝗦𝗔𝗙𝗘𝗧𝗬 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗘𝗡𝗩𝗜𝗥𝗢𝗡𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 I believe in R+ training. We like to have fun, but also make sure dogs remain respectful and well mannered. 𝘋𝘖𝘎 𝘞𝘈𝘓𝘒𝘐𝘕𝘎: I do not allow greetings on leash with any dogs.
Information Lora S. would like to know about your pet
Are there any bad habits you’re working to correct? Does your pet have any allergies? May I give your pet have some small treats? Do they display any possessive behaviors over food or toys? DOG DAYCARE/BOARDING: Do they get worried or anxious when left alone? Are they an escape artist? Do they tend to steal food off tables and counters? Do they like other dogs? Do they have occasional accidents when excited or nervous? Do they sometimes act differently in new spaces or with new people? Are treats expected at certain times? What’s their favorite toy or game? *Please confirm your pet is up to date on all vaccinations*
A typical day
It’s important to stimulate dogs both physically and mentally - I allow lots of sniff breaks on walks, we play little games, and for boarding there’s plenty of dog play time with my dog Nova. Nova is also happy to share her basket of toys with new friends. There’s lots of nature trails near my house that are in walking distance.

Availability
𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗗𝗨𝗟𝗘 I work from home so my schedule is flexible. 𝘋𝘖𝘎 𝘞𝘈𝘓𝘒𝘐𝘕𝘎: I am flexible, but typically schedule walks sometime between 12-1pm and after 5pm. For morning walks, please message me to ask about availability. 𝘋𝘖𝘎 𝘋𝘈𝘠𝘊𝘈𝘙𝘌/𝘉𝘖𝘈𝘙𝘋𝘐𝘕𝘎: I typically do 2 short walks/potty breaks and 1 longer playtime/walk. The rest of the day your pup can interact with me and Nova, or have a separate space for rest if they’d like. My female dog Nova is 2.5 years old. She loves dogs and loves to play and wrestle. She is available 24/7 for a playmate. Occasionally I will run into the office if schedule allows for 1-2 hours. Your dog will either be crated or left in a single room depending on the dog and your preference. There will be no dog interaction when I step away. I have a puppy cam to keep an eye on the dogs while I am away.
