Hello hello! My name is Lora and I used to train dogs about 10 years ago (positive reinforcement only) in Newfoundland. I've worked with big dogs, small dogs, fear aggressive dogs, anxious dogs, all the dogs! I have since come to Toronto and have a dog friendly one bedroom place in Parkdale very close to the beach, High Park and all kinds of doggie fun. I work as a filmmaker so I have my own office and choose my own very flexible hours. I have a small declawed cat who loves dogs but they should love him back. I'm a great pal to the older dogs who need lots of bathroom breaks and calmness, middle age dogs who need a few walks and just some pets, and puppies who need to be well looked after and even trained a little.

Lora walked our 5 month old husky puppy for a week while we were away on vacation. We received pictures on their walks and updates every day about how she was doing and how our apartment was faring in our absence. Shadow can be a handful but Lora managed her well and we are confident that shadow got the exercise and engagement she needed while we were away. She even went above and beyond and took our pup all the way to High Park’s off leash to let her really stretch her legs. It can feel weird to let a stranger into your home while you are not there and trust them with your pet but you will get over it pretty soon with Lora as she is totally easy going and communicative. 5 stars
Lora treats my dog, Mr. Bear, like a member of the family. Lora is kind, but fair, excellent with discipline, and incredibly compassionate to my dogs' needs. My dog has so much fun that he never wants to leave. I can't recommend Lora enough!
Lora is amazing with animals! She is tuned into their unique personalities and needs, giving each pet what they they need in terms of love and care (and whatever training you're working with). She is responsible and compassionate, I highly recommend her!

A typical day
Your pup and I will go on walks to High park and either hang with the animals in the Zoo if they're ok with it or the other dogs at the Dog Park if that's their scene. The beach is great if they like a nice swim but otherwise they can hang with me in my home and office as they please.
