Over the years, I have hosted many dogs in my home and at the owners' homes. For instance, I took care of a friend's dog for over a month while they were in Europe. Of course, the dog slept with me in my bed. We played both in their house and in the backyard. We spent a lot of time cuddling. Another dog I hosted was very energetic. He stayed at my home with Lucky and me while his owner was in New York for over a month. He adored my dog and me. He didn't want to go home to his dad when he got back!

I believe in positive reinforcement (without using food as a motivator) and follow the techniques of Cesar Millan. I give them lots of hugs and petting. We take frequent walks and enjoy going to the dog park for exercise and socialization. In the house there are lots of squeaky toys and balls for playtime. Most of the owners who allow their dogs to sleep on the bed with them also sleep in my bed with me.
