Hi, I'm Lizzie. I'm a 25 year old graduate student. I moved back to Richmond recently and live in the museum district. I am by all means an animal lover with a calm and gentle demeanor. Because of this I can connect with all types of dogs, and have experience with difficult and timid dogs including pit-mixes. I've volunteered at the SPCA shelter and have cared for dogs on Rover as well as friend's/family member's dogs over the years. I have no problems get down and dirty and will clean up any doggo's mess. Active pups are no problem for me and I'm happy to run around to get your dog's energy out! I am available week days after 4pm or 5:30 pm for dog walks and free anytime on weekends/holidays. I live in a house with a fenced-in yard and can board or do stay-ins.

Lizzie was fantastic! She took great care of our dogs and house while we were away. We could tell when we got home that our pups enjoyed their time with her. I highly recommend her for dog/house sitting!
Lizzie was the absolute best! She went above and beyond to come to watch my dog even in inclement weather and I can't even begin to express how appreciative I am. She was extremely attentive, communicative, and open to everything that I was telling her about my dog, Arya. Arya can be a little bit of a difficult girl to walk and keep on track, but Lizzie had no problem giving her the care and love she needs. She sent me updates regularly and checked in frequently with me to make sure everything was all good. I will definitely hire her again and recommend her for dog sitting and care!
Lizzie has a gentle and loving personality that any dog can sense! She has responsibly cared for large and small dogs, and dogs with a great disposition to ‘project dogs’. As for the latter, my pit mix, who at one time didn’t trust anyone or anything, came to quickly trust Lizzie and absolutely loves her. I have all the confidence that she can care for any size and type of dog!
