Can I give 10 stars? Lizelis is phenomenal at providing care to dogs. She was super flexible as my plans changed last minute, she took all of my dog's idiosyncrasies in stride, and she was keeping me updated throughout my business trip. Lizelis showed patience and empathy to a dog who means the world to me. I cannot recommend her time highly enough.

Lizelis cared about our dog, once we arrived she rushed outside to greet our dog. From the moment our dog saw her, she felt very comfortable and it put us at ease as first time users of Rover. Communicating with Lizelis was easy, she was straightforward and honest. Also, she did us a huge favor by being so flexible. We were from out of town and had an unexpected additional day at the hospital and were seriously panicking until we found Rover. I highly recommend this professional and courteous person to watch your dog! Our pup was obviously well loved today. Thank you so much!!
