It's playtime with Liza!

Pet care experience

Every animal deserves our respect and affection. No exceptions! Am I right? They love us unconditionally. How can we not offer them the best of care, especially when Mom and Dad are away? I'm here now and I am the answer to your dilemma on who will provide the best care for them. I started my pet care business in south Florida all because a neighbor liked the way I treated my dog and asked me if I would care for her baby while she traveled. I said, "Of course!". It was great fun, so I continued. I moved to Daytona to be closer to family. It was incredibly difficult to leave my surrogate babies, but I did find exceptional pet care for all of them before I left the area. Occasionally I go back down to stay with some of my kids while their parents travel, if time allows. They keep calling and asking! My experience with animals? My entire life! I have excellent local references. I'm looking forward to meeting you!

Liza made me feel very comfortable leaving my babies with her when I went to the Keys for a few days. She sent me photos every day and updated me on how they were doing. Will be using her every time I’m out of town in the future!

Liza was generous with her time in our meet and greet session. Our first trip was over a week, so we were really cautious because Prancie needed a lot of work when we rescued her initially. Liza was patient, despite having many years of dog watching experience. Prancie was both physically and psychologically injured when she arrived at the humane society. The physical wellness returned promptly with proper diet and medications. However, it took us about 18 months of near constant companionship with a family member to get her over severe anxiety and human territorial behaviors. We had very successfully left Prancie with our single female friend, but she didn’t have any pets. We know Prancie bonds especially well with women. It was Liza wasn’t a long time friend who Prancie had met often and she would be competing for human interaction with other dogs. So we were very methodical with Prancie’s meet and greet. She checked out the yard and liked Liza’s dog a lot. Prancie also meet another couple dogs whose time was intersecting with ours, some were not as interesting to Prancie but we felt the constant of Liza’s dog s would help Prancie adjust to pack play with a constant Buddy. Liza was excellent in sending us Prancie updates. She’s personable to us also. It’s a comfort for fun pic updates to be waiting you have an opportunity to look at iphone. Communication is so important when you travel outside of US or on a ship. Prancie is used to sleeping on her blanket at foot of our bed, (she has steps to go up and down.) So Prancie ended up liking Liza’s dog’s bed more than her main living area bed that we brought over for her. Prancie apparently just made herself at home in Brodie’s bed. It was a good signal that Prancie was adjusting to being a dog, amongst other dogs. It turned out to be such a long, “initial,” Rover stay because the house sitter booked months earlier, had an elder family health emergency that week. So we feel finding Liza was a good outcome from our first time ever using Rover. We looked at multiple opportunities before finding the match we felt was best human personality for Prancie. Liza reported she did okay with the other dogs as well and Prancie is welcome back anytime. We don’t travel without Prancie very often. However, it’s great knowing if something ever comes up, we can quickly find an available home sitter through Rover that is already vetted, etc. Our anxious baby came home after 8 days away just as calm and doting with her loving eyes as if she had been at home with house sitter. Very different outcome with constant familiarity of Liza and Brodie then if we boarded Prancie at a kennel with chain link fences. Liza laundered Prancie’s blanket for us too. She’s just a considerate, “class act.” Prancie came home very relaxed.

We are here from NY and planned a day trip. We met Liza and we’re comfortable with her right away. Our fur baby had a wonderful time with Liza….we would definitely use her again!
