Pet care experience
Hi I'm Liz and I am 23 years old. I grew up with dogs for most of my life and love to walk, run, and hike with them. Hiking is a very enriching activity for most dogs and I’d be happy to take your dog along with me if there are trails near your area. I have volunteered with pet rescues for 6 years and am able to administer oral and topical medications. I currently have a very flexible schedule so if you have any last minute bookings I’m your person :) My main focus is to make sure you and your dog have a fun stress free experience while they are in my care, and provide you with as many updates and pics as you’d like . I'd prefer to walk small or medium dogs as I have the most experience with them. Rest assured that your dog will be in great care when I'm walking them, safety is a number 1 priority. I love meeting new dogs and can not wait to meet yours.

Our pup is always tentative with new people, needing to let things happen on his timeline. Liz was very patient with him. She was always on time, communicated well when she needed to shift her schedule due to work and flexible when we needed to change ours.
Liz helped us with a drop in visit to our airbnb while we out at the Zion National Park for the day. She was very communicative leading up to her visit and included pictures in her update. Thank you, Liz!

I make sure to always put your pet first. All dogs and cats react differently and if they need space or extra attention Im happy to provide that for them. I would never walk in any environment that seems unsafe and always stick to marked walking paths. If I’m doing a drop in visit I’ll make sure you pet has all of their needs and provide you with all the updates

A typical day
I’d love to take your dog on a pet friendly hike. I think hikes are a perfect stimulant for dogs as the get to explore new places and get some energy out. I love setting up snuffle/lick mats so if you have those materials I would be happy to set them up.

I am off work for the winter season and am using pet sitting as a fun way for extra spending so I am always available and will plan my day around any bookings :)
