Pet care experience
I have grown up with golden retrievers my entire life, accustoming me to the responsibilities of caring for a high energy pup. Friends, coworkers, and neighbors have relied on me to walk, feed, and care for their pets overnight. Volunteering for The Riley Rescue in Camden NJ introduced me to animal foster care while deepening my sensitivity towards dogs and their environment.

Liz watched over our beloved Maltipoo, Tevel while we were away on vacation and she was fabulous!. Liz took daily pictures and sent them to us along with text messages to let us know how and what he was doing and he looked like he was having the time of his life. We actually got a little jealous at how good of a time he was having without us! We have used traditional kennels prior and now we would never go back to that as Tevel had such a great experience! Such a wonderful time for Tevel with a great sitter. Not only do we highly recommend Liz but we will of course look forward to having Liz watch over Tevel in the future!
Liz cares for animals like they are her own beloved pet! She is one of the most loving, kindhearted souls out there which portrays itself through the way she dog sits. I had Liz dog-sit for my puppy at just 3 months old (which is quite a task), yet I felt confident the entire time I was away that he was in such great hands. She was attentive, responsible, playful & always kept me informed with how he was doing through updates & pictures/videos. I can be quite a "helicopter dog mom," but I was able to fully relax and enjoy my time away from my dog while under Liz's care because of how lovely she is with animals!
A few months ago my husband and I went on a cruise to celebrate our anniversary. Liz not only come home from college to watch our dogs, she stayed an extra 3 days just so they would be happier. She will go above and beyond to take care of any dog in her care. She is trustworthy, honest and will take the best care of any dog she cares for not just her own.

I have a fenced in back yard and a large, comfortable living space. We also have a pool for pups daring enough for a swim! My neighborhood is walkable and I live within close proximity to a dog-friendly park.

I would appreciate a heads up if your dog has specific dietary needs and/or scheduled eating habits. Civil interactions with other dogs is a must if I am boarding because I have 2 pups of my own.
A typical day
Our family spends majority of the day in our backyard, soaking up sunshine and rolling around in the grass. Summer months are enjoyed in the pool, our pups love to swim! Walks are frequent and visits to the park can be expected.

Availability
As a current nursing student, my school schedule is firm but adaptable to short-term doggy care. Weekday evenings and weekend visits are most suitable to my availability.
