Liz was great with our little one. She was very attentive to his elderly needs and sent us many updates throughout her stay. We will definitely use her again should we need to and would highly recommend her to anyone needing a professional pet sitter.
Definitely 5 stars! Liz was immediately responsive from the first contact, took the trouble to meet Lola in person (or in dog) and Moose by Skype
before the engagement, and clearly understands and relates to dogs of all types. Our Lola and Moose are very different dogs, and she handled both of them magnificently. Both dogs responded in kind, and were happy, well fed, well exercised campers when we got home. Both Moose's parents (my ...
As always Liz is amazing with Charlee. Sends us pictures and updates while we are out. Charlee absolutely adores Liz
Love/play/walks to all wiggle butts
I have grown up with dogs/animals all my life, many being rescues, but dogs are definitely my favorite. I tend to say hi to dogs before their people! My primary job is a teacher, but I have worked at a dog/cat boarding facility, as well as, for family and friends as a sitter/walker for many years. Being a teacher allows me time during vacations, long weekends, and days off to help you ...
What Liz would like to know about your dog
It is important for a caretaker to understand as much as they can about the one they will be looking after. Details I prefer to know prior to taking on a client is what type, age, and size is your dog? Do they require any special dietary needs or medications? Are they dog friendly? Crate/leash trained? Are they food/toy aggressive? Do they show aggression or fear towards specific people (men/women, children, strangers, etc.)? Are they afraid of loud noises or quick movements? Do they suffer from separation anxiety? Do they have areas on their body they prefer not to be touched? The list could go on, however, it is important for everyone's safety (human and dog) to be on the same page. If you have more than one dog, I have a limit of 2 dogs per household. Though I do not shy away from many breeds, I do have to be reserved in my judgement so your dog and I are both safe and happy.
