They say if you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life. I have been rescuing dogs for years and I currently have two boys. Petey an English setter mix who came from a neglectful household. I adopted him through The Saint Francis Animal Rescue while volunteering just over a year ago! He had several medical problems but he has come a long way and lives a very spoiled lifestyle. My other dog auburn is a little Chihuahua who also came from an old roommate who no longer wanted him. I am working with him on feeling comfortable and confident again. I am comfortable with administering medications and working on light training with your dogs.
