Doggy Stay-cations!

Pet care experience

My fiancé and I live in a townhome with a fenced in yard for quick potty breaks, and close to the park where we often take our pups to let them run. At least one of us is almost always home, so your dog won't get lonely! Both of our families have always had dogs growing up, and I worked at a vet clinic/boarding facility/doggy daycare when I was an undergraduate. Several clients knew me as the dog whisperer; I won over even the shyest dogs with a combination of love and tasty treats. We also foster dogs through Hope Animal Rescue (which is how we wound up dating and how we got our German Shephard mix, Lana) so at any given time there may be an extra dog in our home. We only foster dogs who get along with other pups, and have had no issues between our foster babies and Rover babies. We always keep our dogs and our Rover pups separate during feeding time and whenever we leave the house for their own safety. I have been watching dogs through Rover since June 2016. Adam and I love being able to give owners peace of mind that their pup is well taken care of--we're talking tummy rubs, fetch, butt scratches, tug of war, long walks, runs, and/or good old-fashioned snuggles. We like to send videos, pictures, and updates to show you how much fun your dog is having! We require a Meet and Greet for *all* new clients; this helps ease the stress of drop-off for everyone, especially your pups. It's so much nicer for them to come somewhere familiar than to just be dropped off in a strange place! Plus, it gives you a chance to ask any questions, make sure you're comfortable with their accommodations, and give us any special care instructions beforehand.
