Dogs are family members!

Pet care experience

My husband, Justin and I, recently lost our beloved pittie, Bubba, suddenly to intestinal disease. We missed having a fur baby in our life so much that we had to adopt another one! This time a Blue Nose Pittie. He would love to have a playmate or two! We both work regular hours (8-5), so you need to be comfortable with your dogs being alone/crated during the week. We have two little girls, ages 8 and 12 who both love all animals! They are with us every other weekend, so if your pet doesn't get along well with children, please don't count us out. Blu can be quite rambunctious, so we are understanding of that sort of thing, but want to make sure that your pup(s) would not be aggressive with our girls. They love to give so much love to fur babies, and would not be able to resist cuddling up on them. We love doggies, to us like they are people. They are allowed to hang with us wherever we are--inside lounging on the couch, outside throwing the ball around, on car rides, asleep in bed. We crated Blu when we first got him, but it turned out he didn't need to be crated. We always crated Bubba when we were away, he was very likely to get into things he shouldn't while we were out. Let us know your thoughts on crates, though we expect to spend most, if not all, of our weekend time with your pup(s). We are open to any questions that you may have, and truly look forward to being a home away from home for your fur-member!

Liz and her husband, Justin, are not only great people, they're DOG people. & those are the best kind of people, in my humble, dog loving opinion. You won't have to worry about your pup when he or she is in their care. You won't have to worry about whether your little one is being fed, walked, toliet ed regularly, or getting his or her belly rubbed. With Liz, you get the best of both worlds: not only will you have a guilt free vacation, your beloved fur baby will too.

Hi. I highly recommend Liz for dog sitting. She is an amazing caregiver of animals. Her husband and girls are wonderful with animals too. They recently loss their beloved pittbull, Bubba, and it has left an emptiness inside their hearts and their home. You can be rest assured that your pet will get the love, care and attention it deserves while you're away when you entrust Liz and her family to take care of your family pet.

Liz and Justin loved their dog, Bubba. Giving them this opportunity will not only help them heal, but it will be wonderful for their two daughters. Liz and Justin are both compassionate people with big hearts!

Information Liz K. would like to know about your pet

It is important for us to know how your dog acts when you are away--does (s)he have separation anxiety, etc. What are his or her favorite things to do? Is there anything that you feel we should be aware of before taking him or her? We love, love, love pitties, but really any breeds are welcome!

A typical day

The biggest quality we can provide is a super fun playmate! We love to throw the ball in our backyard, go on walks around our neighborhood, cuddle up on the couch to watch a movie. Anything to make your dog feel happy and at (home away from) home!
