Very kind and hospitable

Absolutely terrible do not book with her. We dropped our dogs off at noon and at 2pm she was requesting that we pick them up immediately. Both my boyfriend and I work which she has no consideration for. We had clearly told her we were planning a trip we had to almost miss our accommodations because she bailed. The reason why she decided to cancel one of our dogs that we warned her has separation anxiety pooped a few times that's it. He was not sick we offered her his medical records because he had just left the vet. He was just anxious in a new space. My boyfriend clearly advised this so called professional to leave him in the cage or have him outside. By the way her outside area is not that usable since there is no gate . So it's no different than an apartment. They can not be free and leash less. We told her before we even confirmed the booking that our dogs are not very social. She was trying socialize the with children. She called my boyfriend many times at work to complain about this as well. Saying that she contacted her trainer friends. This is confusing because she portrays her self as a professional. I have friends who are actually professionals and they know about dog anxiety and how to care for dogs who need a little more love. This women is a flake who does not care about your plans or inconvienancing you. She has no regard for people living in the real world. She is also lying about her abilities to take care of dogs with behavior issues or special needs.
