I’d want to know anything specific about people’s Fur babies. If they eat at a certain time, walk at a certain time, treats they like, potential issues, anything to keep their routine as close to normal. They’re going to be stressed with their favorite people being gone briefly they don’t need more stress with their routine being unnecessarily disrupted. I have given medications to rabbits, chinchillas, and done the sneaky putting medication in foods for dogs to prevent them from spitting back out. I’ve never had to do more but with instruction I’m perfectly capable, particularly if someone is in a pinch to find someone to take care of their babies.

With every dog being so different I would rely on the owner to tell me what they like. I would walk them if they like to just walk though some or perfectly content to not go out unless they have to go to the bathroom. I’d mostly sit there a be with them while I work. I sometimes read my work material to them. I would play ball with them brush them, it’s whatever they want to do.
