Hi. I'm a semi-retired woman who loves animals. I owned cats for 18 years, and more recently, my dogs for 15 years. They all led long, happy lives, but are gone now. I am looking to do something I love to supplement my income. Animals have always gravitated toward me. I've never met one I didn't like. I would love to take care of your pets while you are away or just need me to keep them company during these long days. My goal in house-sitting is of course taking care of and being there for your pets, but also, to leave your home exactly as I found it. I take Covid-19 precautions very seriously because - science. I am fully vaccinated. If you are not, please let me know so that we can both wear masks. Because my part-time job can be done remotely, I am able to spend most days (in addition to overnight stays) with your pets. If I need to leave for any reason, it's generally not for more than a few hours. I try to follow the pets' normal schedules as much as possible based on information and instructions from the client. This helps with any anxiety issues.

Liz has just been the best!! We traveled with another couple who were also using Rover and they were jealous of the great communication, updates, and cute photos we were getting from Liz. I feel so comfortable when my dogs are with her and I can always trust her to do what she says. We left both of our dogs with her - one being a stubborn girl with noise phobia and the other a big goofy guy with a bit of separation anxiety- and both seemed happy and well-loved. Mail and packages are always safely inside and the house looks great! We would not hesitate to recommend Liz and will definitely use her in the future!
Liz did an excellent job looking after our two dogs and home while we were away. She sent fun pictures and humorous commentary, and the dogs seemed to bond well with her. It takes some coaxing to get our stubborn Corgi to go on a walk, and Liz succeeded. She collected packages and mail and left the house in the same condition she found it: clean and tidy. We will definitely be booking with her in the future.
Liz was an amazing sitter!! We are so happy to have found someone that does what she says she will! Liz has excellent communication and we thoroughly enjoyed all of the cute photos of our girl. We’ve had issues in the past with sitters leaving for long periods of time without informing us, but this wasn’t the case with Liz. She kept us super informed and was realistic about how often she would need to leave. It was really great to have our girl in such good hands. We came back to a happy doggie and a clean house. Would definitely recommend Liz!
