I am a natural born animal lover. I grew up caring for my families pet dogs and had a hamster named Furball. My family had a mutt named Lulu for many years and a Golden named Bea. My job was to walk the dogs and I always enjoyed it immensely. As a young adult I had two cats Egypt and Cesare. My son is quite allergic to cats and dogs resulting in asthma issues, so our family cannot add one to our family. I can only care for them from time to time. (We do have a hamster named Chewie though!) Walking and playing with dogs brings me joy, I miss having that in my life. I walk with my sister-in-laws dog Basie whenever I get the chance. I walk as a form of exercise many days a week and would love to have the companionship of dogs of all sizes! We care for my friends cat Lucy when she heads out of town. We also sometimes care for two dogs Bruno and Valentine. For my main gig, I work 32 hours a week as an Associate Librarian for Hennepin County Libraries.
