It is my pleasure to offer a variety of pet care services including drop-ins, dog walks, basic socialization and training, and pet sitting. I am right in the heart of Willimantic where there are plenty of nice neighborhood walks as well as several parks and wooded areas for more variety. I am so excited to have found Mia to take care of our babies. She is a loving and caring sitter. My dogs were happy to see us when we got home, however I could tell they had a nice time with Mia. They were relaxed and excited. Mia was kind and thoughtful enough to send us multiple updates and pics of our babies playing outside and relaxing inside too. I will be using Mia again. She is a gem I am happy to have found.
We had to be out of town for the Memorial Day weekend and couldn't bring our Maltese Jack with us. We found Mia in the Princeton area and were impressed with all of her positive reviews. We set up a meet and greet in advance of the visit at which time Mia very methodically asked important questions and laid out the great care that Jack would be receiving. Throughout his stay, Mia provided us with regular updates and photos. We couldn't be happier with the service Mia provided and would definitely recommend her to anyone!
Mia was kind and considerate of my dog's needs. Very communicative and kept me well up-to-date as well on how my baby was doing while I was gone, which I very much appreciated!
I can't recommend Mia enough! Having to leave our 11 week old pug puppy for a long weekend was not an ideal situation, but with Mia the transition was so seamless it felt like we never left. She was so attentive and caring, not only to our puppy but to us as well, providing us with frequent status updates and photos while we were away. She is also very knowledgable about dogs and took extra care to socialize our puppy, continue to build upon our training, and provide him with stimulation and safe, fun experiences. I would, without reservation, have Mia watch our pup again!

A typical day
My new favorite walk is the Eastern arboretum trail, which winds by a small creek and goes out to a pond. Its beautiful and shady for hot days. I like to do whatever makes your pup happy, whether that's fetching a ball, lying in the shade or a cool floor, or sniffing out chipmunks. If you have puzzle toys those are always fun too!
