*Leash trained; we do not handle leash-reactive dogs *NO retractable leashes, prong/choke/pinch style collars due to safety issues *Females are required to be spayed *Vet & emergency numbers (especially when traveling abroad) *Copy of current immunizations sent via message upon reservation *Flea & tick preventative is required *All dogs must have a collar and leash on at drop-off (no retractable leashes, no prong or choke collars) Flat buckle collars are best. Harnesses are accepted, however, your dog will still need a proper collar on during his/her stay *No tags, licenses, or devices attached to collars. These disrupt other dogs and also pose a safety hazard and may become damaged. Such items will be removed & stored during the stay if left on. *Label food, medication, treats, and supplements with dog's name; make sure dosages, times & servings are listed on your dog's profile. Pack extra food in case of delays and increased activity appetites. Backpacks & tote bags work great for holding your dog's items. For larger dogs & extended stay guests-large bagged dog food is permitted, please put your dog's name is on it. Refrigerated food needs to be preportioned sizes and have the dog's name on it. *LEAVE all bedding, crates, bowls, dishes, pee pads, and toys at home. This is for the health & safety of all pets in our care and to alleviate anxiety among them. We provide crates, beds, dishes, and toys for everyone. Dogs interact under direct supervision only All feeding is separated for safety & health reasons Video monitor is used by me for visual & audio while I am away
