Teacher with Fenced in Yard!

Pet care experience

Hello, my name is Lisa and I’m an expirenced pet care provider. I would love to care for your furry friends while you’re away! I grew up with dogs and caring for my neighbors pets while they were away. I’ve also cared for multiple pets at once, exotic animals, administered medication, volunteered with an animal rescue, cared for pets young & old and more. We live in a single family home with a fenced in yard that provides plenty of space for everyone to run around and have a great neighborhood for walks. Patapsco Valley State Park is around the corner if you don’t mind us going on a bigger adventure! I am available full time for the summer and have reliable transportation for anything that may come up. I also am fluent in Spanish! Communication is super important to me, so I’ll be happy to keep you updated while I care for your pets. I’ve sent pictures, videos and even set up FaceTime calls between pets and owners! I’ll treat your pets as if they were my own: with love, comfort, and playtime! Things to keep in mind: •Bookings are on a first come, first served basis, so I suggest booking as soon as you know what days you need care. •New families are required to set up a meet & greet prior to the stay. •For boarders, I only take one family at a time for your pet’s comfort and safety. •Boarding requests are per 24 hour period. Late fees may apply. •We have a baby and a five year old child in our home, so your dog must be comfortable with children (the big one great with the pups and loves to help!). •Pets must be up to date on vaccinations, so please be prepared to provide proof and a vets contact information for emergencies. •I am fully vaccinated. We will follow CDC guidelines in regards to meet & greets, pick up/drop off, etc where we will see each other in person. Please let me know if you have any questions or would like any more information. I look forward to hearing from you!

So nice to find a wonderful human friend for Willow when we need to be away! Lisa was kind, very responsive, and she and her family took such good care of Willow. When we picked Willow up we could tell she had been comfortable in Lisa's home (and fenced back yard!). For a dog who is tentative when away from "her people" it is awesome to know we have found a loving home away from home for her. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

Our pup seemed to have a great stay with Lisa and her family! She is worn out, which I’m sure is from a ton of playing with their daughter! Our dog, Sarah, stayed with Lisa for a week and I received pictures and updates and Lisa was very responsive. Their house has a fenced in yard, which was great! We also enjoyed that Sarah was the only dog there! I definitely will be having Sarah stay in the future and highly recommend her!

Lisa was wonderful with Bodhi. He also began to ring a bell on the door to go out. I was able to implement this in my home. She has a fenced backyard which is great. She was reliable and consistent. I recommend Lisa and will definitely use her again!

Lisa was a wonderful sitter for my injured pup, Gator. She sent daily photos and text messages that made my day. She is super nice, responsive and accommodating. Gator enjoyed his stay at Lisa’s house and hanging out with her daughter. I definitely plan to use Lisa again and highly recommend her for your pups.

Information Lisa S. would like to know about your pet

Please let me know if there are any medical concerns, behavioral issues, or allergies before sitting for your family. What’s their daily routine like? Do they have a specific diet? How are they with other dogs we may encounter on a walk? Who is your emergency contact? I’d love to keep everything similar to what you do normally at home to keep your pets as comfortable as possible!

A typical day

My neighborhood is quiet and has sidewalks, so I’d be happy to walk your furry friends around the block or over to the community park. There’s even a state park nearby for more intense exercise. We also have a fenced in yard to run and play in! If your dog is more low key, we have plenty of space for snuggling and spudding out on the couches or rugs.
