Vet student, lover of ALL species!

Pet care experience

I have extensive personal and professional experience with owning and/or caring for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, aquariums and rodents! I'm an incoming veterinary student with experience administering medications and making your pet comfortable. I currently help with spay/neuter at the Solano SPCA where we see all sorts of dogs and cats from all walks of life.

Lisa is a responsible care-driven individual who puts pets' needs above her own. She has taken care of many pets in the time I've known her and has given them all excellent care. Her experience in taking care of animals ranges from training 6 domestic rats to prepping dogs for surgery, so I have no doubt that she is privy to the best practices in animal care. She is a wonderful person and pet caregiver, and I highly recommend her for Rover.

Safety, trust & environment

I always like to leave everything as I found it (if not better) if I am taking care of your pets in-home. I am careful to respect your rules, as well as your pets' body language and personal space.

Information Lisa P. would like to know about your pet

I am happy to help out with special needs pets with proper advance notice. Due to my smaller stature I ask larger and/or stronger dogs (60+ lbs) have excellent leash manners.

A typical day

I'd love to hang out with your pets and do whatever they find fun, whether it's lounging on the couch, playing fetch, walking on a local trail, or visiting one of the multiple large dog parks right by where I live!
