I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life of every shape and size. From daschunds to mastiffs to German shepherds, I’ve been involved their entire lifespan. I currently own a miniature dachshund who is super friendly and loves every dog she meets. I’ve been walking with Wag for a couple years and have walked and dog sat well over 100 dogs. I’ve had a different breed almost every walk and I’ve never encountered a walk I didn’t like. Dogs are just the best! I’ve loved every minute of it. I’m currently working as a Software Engineer remotely so I’m home all day long. Free to take walks/breaks every couple hours or as often as your dog needs. My apartment doesn’t have any carpet and I know potty training can be tough so it’s no problem if there’s accidents. I feel really confident and comfortable with animals and genuinely just enjoy their presence, no matter the temperament or breed. I promise you we’ll have the best time! I take my dog out every 2-3 hours. Usually between 1-3 miles per day depending on the weather/her energy level. We do a walk first thing in the morning, around lunchtime, then sometime after dinner. Elli loves to play so if you have a higher energy dog, she loves to run around. If your dog is lower energy, she can chill out too.
