Pet care experience
I was a Pug Mom til my Bubba passed in May of 2016 who I loved with all my heart. He had very special needs. Chronic Dry Eye (I administered drops each day) bad joints (gave him Cosequin each day) VERY bad teeth 16 pulled (catered to his eating with minimal teeth) Cancer at the end (administered many meds). I did all this with love, patience and care. July of 2016 I decided to fill the void in my heart by caring for other dogs versus getting another for myself. I cannot even begin to describe how wonderful this has been. I have LOVED all the dogs who have been in my care. I have been blessed and have regulars that I absolutely adore. I am on my off days from being a Flight Attendant and there are lots of couch snuggles, loving, kisses, play time and walks when they are with me. I don’t do anything else but focus on your dogs care, and enjoy having a dogs presence again. Also, as you will see I have a cat. She will be 21 this year (2022) and I am only able to watch dogs that get along with cats. She has to remain with me as I take care of her in elder year(s).

My 1 year old puppy Auggie stayed with Lisa this weekend at her home. She was PHENOMENAL. We had an AWFUL previous experience on Rover with another sitter who left him half way through the weekend, so we were pretty anxious about leaving Auggie with another stranger. But, I cannot say enough great things about Auggie's weekend with Lisa. Her home is completely puppy friendly. She sent me LOADS of pictures and messages that made me feel so good about his accommodations throughout the weekend. Lisa is attentive, caring, and a true dog lover. She was super flexible with our pick up and drop off times. I could tell Auggie was more than content when I picked him up & she even sent him home with a new toy & some super cute pics she took of him. It was adorable. It made me so happy knowing she truly enjoyed her weekend with our sweet Auggie & I could tell he felt the same! We will definitely be using Lisa again :)
Lisa is a Godsend. Can’t express enough how happy we are to have found her to look after our baby ❤️ She send lots of updates and truly loves dogs. It’s so refreshing to know your baby is taken care of. 100/10 recommend
This is a rave review: From the moment Lisa picked up my 10-month old puppy Romeo I felt confident that he was in good hands. Before I even boarded my flight I received a picture of him “settling in”. Lisa is open and friendly, caring and communicative. Her love and understanding of dogs is evident. Her home is adorable and totally dog-friendly. Although I was nervous about leaving my baby for the first time I was able to relax and enjoy my getaway because Lisa kept me updated with messages and pictures. It was clear that he was having a good time because Lisa gave him lots of attention. No other dogs, no children. Romeo and I give Lisa 5 stars without hesitation!
Anyone who has a bulldog knows the never ending health issues these babies have.. Usually my parents watch my Betty, mainly because of her extensive list of daily supplements and special diet, and frankly I dont trust anyone who doesnt love Betty like her own! BUT, LISA IS THE ULTIMATE CARETAKER!! she took on my Betty with such love and understanding of her special needs. She eased my worry with her knowledge of the breed and her experience with pups who need special care! My daily Betty spam was the highlight of my vacation as I knew she was having a blast with Lisa with every slobbery smile! I WILL NEVER HAVE ANYONE ELSE WATCH MY GIRL BUT LISA! and you will understand once your baby experiences the love Lisa gives your baby!

I want your dog to be happy. My dog was treated more like a baby than a dog, but I do realize discipline with proper commands and training is important. I never left my dog alone or crated him. He was always left with my mom, sister, or boyfriend next door. I would like to know your dogs temperament, favorite activities, food schedule, activity level. Do they trust others? My dog was found in a puppy mill and was abused so I needed to watch him around other dogs because he scared easily.
A typical day
For the active dog. I live near Lynn Woods, Breakheart Reservation and Revere Beach. I also live in a very quiet neighborhood off of main roads where my Bubba and I would walk a lot. I am a Flight Attendant and will be doing this on my days off and your pet will have my undivided attention. My mom and sister were GREAT back up watching my dog while I traveled, they are great with dogs. My mom is retired and we will make visits to her house (she lives near by in East Boston on a dead end street). She may come on walks with us. My boyfriend is an Army Combat Vet that has a lot of experience (he had a dog that unfortunately passed of a brain tumor) and he took care of my dog as well. He has very good first aid knowledge and his personality is a great calm in a storm. I will turn to him for any first aid needs or support. He lives next door. Those are the 3 members in my life your dog will come in contact with. All adults. Also, recently I had central air installed in my home, so the dogs (especially Pugs, Frenchies, Bulldogs) can enjoy a nice cool home during the summer months.
