We drop off Cookie and she comes back the same as when we left her, which is all you can ask for. Always a good experience with Lisa.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ms. Lisa was kind and communicated well before I dropped my baby off with her. I was assured he would not be crated and she would be home with him. She said she didn’t leave home often. After dropping him off (about 3 hours after drop off) I messaged to check on him with no response. I left time between my messages with a continued no response and decided to go get my furbaby. When I arrived there was a man there, whom I did not recognize, with my dog and he attempted to give me the wrong dog. He was kind, but I was not okay with not being aware of who would have my dog and he was crated. I could not in good conscience recommend this young lady to watch anyone’s dog. After picking him up I messaged to let her know and she responded. I was appalled at her level of disrespect and disregard.
