My husband works from home, so although I am the primary pet mama, he is also available for extra assistance and love. He, too, is a life-long animal lover. Our three adopted dogs love meeting new friends. They enjoy trips to the dog park and getting together with my best friend's three dogs. Our oldest is a medium sized hound mix, about 10 years old, named Tequila. She's light-hearted and silly. She is a "Houndini", so we have experience with ensuring a very secure environment. The big boy is Magnus, a husky and gentle giant puffball. He is surprisingly relaxed for his breed, but knows how to have a good time whether playing in the yard or curled up in front of the fire. Our third pup is a 2 year old Goldendoodle, Pfizer. Though our dogs are not small, they have had small visitors before and don't mind a bit. Recently, Magnus was a remarkable "big brother" figure for a 7lb puppy who vacationed here for a few days! We also have three sweet felines. Lily is a five year old who grew up with our dogs and sometimes enjoys a good pup cuddle. Turnip & Mouse are 2 year old littermates who love playtime, catnip, and attention. We also have some fish tanks and a family of chinchillas.
