I love all dogs. I have rescued and raised puppies until they could be homed. My heart goes to rescuing older dogs and dogs abandoned for the last 12 years. I have fostered dogs and rehabilitated a few dogs with resource guarding issues and phobia/OCD issues. I have one older, neutered, male at home currently. My home is in the Belmont hills and I have two dog-safe, fenced in divisions in my back yard. Inside the home, I have several areas set aside for dog-lounging. Overnight guests can be crated or sleep in the dog beds. I an available to for dog walks and home engagement with your dogs in the San Mateo/ Santa Clara counties. I enjoy hiking with dogs or just hanging out in the park socializing if needed.

Zoe came back happy healthy and tired. Lisa was able to manage some complexity that came up in getting her handed off, without any trouble. She provided helpful status updates too.

Waffles loves to spend time with Lisa. He is always happy to go there and play with her. He has a great time there and comes back home and sleeps 😊
Lisa was wonderful. Ollie is an older dog with sight and hearing issues and he needs special care. Ollie felt very much at home and was very happy. I will definitely use Lisa again!

I have a fenced in yard and a second smaller fenced in portion of the yard in case dogs need some alone time. There is a shaded are and fan in the backyard. The house has multiple rooms. In the summer there are air conditioning units in 2 rooms. There are multiple dog beds and areas for dogs to relax.

I would like to know if the dog is leash trained and if the owner would allow a harness if the dog has a pulling tendency. I would like to know if the dog has any issues, for example food-protective, abandonment issues, chewing, biting, or rough-housing. I require an emergency cell number and the name/number of the veterinarian in case emergency care is needed and any relevant medical history.
A typical day
Boarded dogs will be fed in a private room per owners schedule and with food provided by the owner. Each dog will be walked at least twice per day and have full yard access for roaming and playing. If dog parks reopen during COVID, I can take your dog to the dog park for socializing. There are an assortment of dog toys, balls and puzzles for play time.

I am retired and have plenty of time to play with your pups. My husband works from home so there is always an adult here and 85% of the time both of us are here.
