Pet care experience
My daughter (17) and I love dogs and have owned a yellow labrador (Coby) and two Springer Spaniels (Bailey and Ella). In between owning our own dogs, we have always opened our home to canine friends for short and long stays. Living in NW Portland makes it so easy to walk dogs, especially with Forest Park so close. I work from home and own my own PR business and love having a companion to join me on the trails. We have one cat who has grown up with dogs and will either hide under the bed or gradually engage with your dog. I don't want another full-time dog right now with my daughter leaving for college soon so Rover.com is the perfect next step. Thank you!

I highly recommend Lisa! I have a puppy with some separation anxiety issues, and she took excellent care of him, giving him plenty of attention and exercise. She was very communicative and even bought him a Christmas toy. It was such a relief to know that he was in such caring hands. I definitely plan on reaching out again the next time I need a top notch sitter!
This was our first time using Rover. As a first time dog-mom, I was very nervous about leaving my 1.5 yr old pup with someone overnight. We scheduled a meet and greet with Lisa and could tell right away that Addison would be in good hands. Lisa was very responsive and sent photos during Addi's stay. Lisa was accommodating, friendly, and has had many years of experience caring for animals. I am sure Addison felt very happy and loved while staying with Lisa. I would absolutely book Lisa again!
Lisa is the sweetest! I had never used Rover before and was so nervous about boarding my dog with a stranger. After our meet and greet I had no doubt that my dog was going to be in good hands and I was correct! Lisa did so well with Bernadette and I couldn't be happier with our experience! We will definitely be coming back the next time I have to go out of town :)
Our dog Norm had a wonderful first stay with Lisa! Lisa saved us when our other Rover sitter cancelled on our booking last minute. She sent us updates every day which we greatly appreciated. We look forward to using Lisa’s services again.
