I have owned and enjoyed pets my entire life. I have 20+ years experience as a professional dog groomer, dog trainer, AKC CGC Evaluator, animal naturopath, carnivore nutritionist, boarding kennel owner and I am a board certified holistic health practitioner. My passion and specialty are natural health, raw feeding for dogs and cats, and balanced, positive training for puppies and senior dogs. I can even train your cat! I enjoy competing in dog sports such as agility, rally and scent detection with my personal dogs. I love and adore kittens and cats! My friends and family call me the cat whisperer. At one time my family owned over 20 barn cats living the good life hunting and playing out in the fresh air and sunshine.

Lisa is just an awesome individual and pet lover. She's always been so sweet to our fur-babies. I call her "Lisa The Dog Whisperer". Our pups would even light up if we asked if they wanted to go see Lisa. She is an asset to any animal organization and comes highly recommended.
I have used Lisa to groom & board my Major for 13yrs! She is the only one I trusted with him. She took care of him & treated him as her own, as well as her husband did also. She always gave me good advice when he didn't feel well or as he got older & his joints hurt, etc. Had she not moved away I would still be using her, I think my Major went into shock when he had to go to a different groomer for the 1st time in his life. Lisa was always so loving, friendly, & available for my Major. We are very sad she left us & moved away. You will NOT be disappointed in using her!
My wife and I have known Lisa for more than 25 years during which we had both a professional and a friendly connection. We bred and showed dogs and depended on Lisa for dog grooming and boarding. She is dedicated and competent. On one occasion we went to the UK for 10 days and boarded eight dogs with Lisa. Lisa is AWESOME! She groomed my dogs for probably 20 years. She is caring and knows what is best for the dogs. I've never used a groomer that is as tidy as she is! She had a boarding business as well, while I never had to use her, I would not hesitated to have used her if I had needed her. But, I have referred several friends to her and they all were very well pleased. She cooks all the food for her boarding dogs (unless you preferred something else). She walked them and had a fenced in play area to take them. Her set up was really nice. In fact, she built this little house with a porch beside her home and shop and I asked they had built a mother in law house, she said "no" that is my boarding house. She is very good a training dogs. I would not hesitate to use her.

In order to provide the best possible care for your family pet I will need to know: Is your pet aggressive towards people, children or other animals? Do they have any allergies, require medication or supplements? Are they house and crate trained? Are they spayed or neutered? Are they afraid of fireworks & thunderstorms? Do they walk nicely on leash without pulling? Do they know basic obedience commands such as sit, down and recall? What is their daily routine & what are their interests? Food-play-cuddling?
A typical day
There are so many fun activities I can do with your dog and cat. Since I am a trainer and AKC Evaluator, I can teach your dog obedience commands such as find it, touching a target and teach your cat different types of creative tricks. I love playing agility, scent detection and rally and your dog will too. We can play fetch, hide n seek, chase, play with bubbles or we can just be couch potatoes and enjoy petting and massage. I also bake homemade dog and cat treats which are a big paws up for my furry clients!

I currently own a part time business out of my home. My hours are flexible and I am available 7 days a week as needed. I am at your beckon call!
