Pet care experience
We are a family of animal lovers! We will work together to provide the best quality care for your pet, creating a supportive, loving, and happy environment for everyone. We respect the fact that every dog comes with their own special personalities, routines, likes, and dislikes and look forward to meeting your pups needs as best we can. We are a multi-generational household, which means there will almost always be a loving adult home with every animal we care for. We also have a large yard to play in, a doggie door, and other dogs and animals. We live near Emigrant Lake and can happily take water dogs there to swim on warm days. Thank you for considering us for your pets care, we look forward to meeting you and your pup!

Lisa and her family were fantastic! They took care of my dog Charley like he was one of the family—including hikes, being read to by their sweet kids, and just generally getting doted over. Lisa sent me pics everyday I was gone and I felt so comfortable with their level of attention and care. I will definitely use her again.

Could have not been pleased more with Stan's care with Lisa. On a scale of 10 it was an 11! We had great peace of mind on our nearly two week vacation knowing Stan was in good hands. Our dog Stan got all the love and attention we had hoped for. Her property was perfect for a dog who loves to run around. Her two girls and Stan became fast friends. We got pics everyday. Thanks Lisa to your whole family making Stan feel right at home!

The most important thing is that your dog is kid friendly. We teach our children safe dog handling methods, however, our kids are like magnets to any furry friend. If your pup is comfortable with attention and a family environment, then we are the place for you! Additionally, we currently have 3 dogs, 2 cats, and 4 horses that live here full time. If your dog is social and enjoys other animals, then they will love to visit. This would not be a good fit for dogs that prefer quiet or to be alone.
A typical day
Depending on the wants and needs of your pet, we may go on walks and hikes. We also may just play ball or run around in the yard.
