My family and I LOVE animals especially dogs! It would be such a treat to get to play with your sweet fur babies! I’ve grown up with dogs all my life and have spent some serious time educating myself on dog care as well as training/psychology. We have two small dogs that are GREAT with others and love the socializing. My 3 year old son is obsessed with all dogs and loves to snuggle them. (Having his own dogs, he is very well behaved around all other doggie friends ;) ) I am mostly home with my little guy and don’t mind your fur baby sleeping with us, hanging out on the couch with us etc. And as the guest, your pup would get the royal treatment! Whether it’s for a week or two or just a night or two we’d LOVE to host your dog while you’re gone!

Has your dog ever had any agressive tendencies? Any altercations with other dogs/humans/kids? Does your dog have any triggers that may upset them (ie storms, severe separation anxiety etc) ? Does your dog have any medical needs? Does your dog have trouble with potty accidents? Does your dog have a tendency to chew on or get into things (ie shoes, furniture, trash etc)? Is your dog on flee medication? Is your dog up on all vaccines? Knowing these will help know what to look out for when watching your pup and how best to help them feel comfortable!
A typical day
I take my little guy on walks almost daily at different parks, trails etc. If your dog likes those kinds of adventures we’d gladly take him/her along too! We love playing fetch and tug of war in the living room or throwing toys down the hall or in the yard! (Check out our photo gallery for pictures of our living room, family room, yard, our little guy and us snuggling with our pets and our bedroom as well as guest bedroom where your doggie could stay!)
