Throughout the years, I have been hired to pet sit for many people, but I never marketed my services because I had my own sweet dog to look after! I cared for my wonderful dog Millie for 13 years. In the time I had her, she was with me nearly 24 hrs a day. She passed a few years ago and it broke my heart. I am not quite ready to have another pet of my own, but it would be wonderful to spend more quality time with animals. I'm very a responsible & caring person, and will treat your pets as if they were my own. I have had two dogs, a cat, fish, rats, gerbils, a parakeet and bunny of my own, but my experience with animals also includes reptiles, chickens, horses and goats. I have volunteered at the bird rescue center and have fed and cleaned up after big litters of puppies. I also have experience with special need pets and administering medication (pills, liquid, ointment, etc). I mostly work from home so I wont need to leave your pet unattended. I have my own reliable car and insurance, plus a clean driving and criminal record. I am responsible, reliable and will do everything possible to make your vacation away from your fur kids as stress-free as possible! I am available to come over to your house and feed, brush, walk, play, and clean up after your pets while you're gone. I can also do other things around the house like pick up the newspaper or mail, check the thermostats, water your plants or lawn, make sure that your property is safe and secure, etc.
