I have been a licensed veterinary technician for 8 years and before that worked for a shelter. I have lots of experience with cats and dogs and have fostered dogs of all sizes. We are currently building a house so can only do home visits at this time.

Lisa was terrific! She cared for my two Westie and went above and beyond what I expected. She sent photos every day and my dogs thrived while in her care. Lisa has cared for my bunny, Thor, both in my home and in her home. She’s a licensed vet tech who has worked with all types of animals, so I felt he was in good hands while I was away. I fostered 2 dogs for about a year, and she cared for them during 2 trips I made off island as well. Lisa made sure to text me daily updates and some photos so I knew They were having a nice time and doing well. She was responsive to any questions or concerns I had both prior to my departure as well as while I was away. All 3 animals loved their stay and enjoyed going back.

Not currently caring for pets in my home. But previously pets had free reign of our house and could sleep in bed with us if they wanted. We’re building a house so will be doing in home sitting by next year.

Prefer pets be up to date one vaccines and have a current vet I can take pet to for emergencies if needed. If pet has any issues like doesn’t like men or fearful on walks etc.
A typical day
I am open to taking pets on long walks or playing ball if that what they like to do. Also can bathe and do nail trims for cooperative pets.

I work 4 (10 hr) days a week and my availability is limited for house stays unless your pet is fine during the day by themselves.
