Capitol area dog walker and sitter
Pet care experience
I am a conviently located dog sitter/walker with a big fenced back yard and a dog door (6 foot wood fence). I live just east of the capitol with my husband and old cat (cat generally hides from dogs she doesn't know). I work full-time, but am only five blocks from home and can easily check on dogs during the work day. I am available for boarding and house occasional walks and drop-ins near the Capitol area. I hike Mount Helena at least twice am always willing to take friends on or off leash. I am willing to travel throughout the greater Helena area on weekends. I have experience dog sitting various ages, breeds, needs, and temperaments.

I have a fenced in backyard with dog door access to the back yard. I can allow all the time backyard access or limit access depending upon your preferences. I am also able to crate if necessary. All entry points to my house include 3-5 stairs. We have a deck off the back door with 4-5 steps down to the fenced in yard.

I am comfortable with all breeds and ages but like to know about their energy-level, breed(s), age, and eating schedule in advance, if possible. I can usually be very flexible with drop-off and pick up times but tend to prefer after 7 am for drop-offs.
A typical day
I typically walk over to and around the capitol or around my neighborhood. If you dog stays with me for more than a day or two, I usually do at least one hike. We have a great backyard set up for playing fetch and if your dog likes water (and you're okay with it) I have a plastic kiddie pool that I fill up for the dogs on hot summer days.
