Our puppy was spoiled but not taken care of. Our house rules disrespected and ignored, put us at risk for Covid! Be cautious who you invite to your home. 1. He was dehydrated beyond belief when we got home, he drank 3 bowls of water. When asked why she said she gave him water at 5 pm feeding time (we came home at 6) and he drank 3 bowls of water. Then she changed her response to I know he drank water in the day sometime. 2. Poor baby Migi was sitting in his own urine. The pen was not clean and had steaks of yellow urine all along all sides of the pen and he unpotty trained because he couldn't tell where the potty was. He peed on the carpet too where he was supposed to be on a leash and supervised but wasn't. She blamed relatives who visited to set up a surprise anniversary gift for Miguel and I and said they let him out and later said Migi was in his pen when she came. The relatives said they never let Migi out so how did he pee on the carpet, and why is there cleaning spray smell next to strong urine smell. 3. She disregarded our house rules. We asked her to clean up due to covid the sinks and wipe surfaces with antibacterial wipes we provided. We came back the sink was filled with little red hairs and the bathtub was filled with bleach streaks. Bleach streaks get there from bleach being left on surfaces too long and not being wiped off. They are easily removed with hydrogen peroxide. But she didn't think it was important to tell us that our tub was Yellow! She just left without saying a thing. She later when asked said it had just happened that day!! However our pet grass gets cleaned at night time according to our instructions and so therefore if she followed our instructions she is lying about how long the stain was there, or didn't follow our instructions. We asked her to put pine pellets in the bottom of the grass tray and there were none. So it smelled extra bad. 4. There were chip crumbs on the floor and could have been vaccummed up. With all the double stories that don't line up and the dirty state of our house we don't know what to believe anymore. Our poor puppy was unpotty trained, dehydrated, had a urine streaked play pen, smelly, and our house and rules were disregarded and disrespected without straight answers or stories. Lisa is a nice woman but after this I don't trust her and would not hire her again. She may have good reviews for dog walking but be wary of house sitting. I am not going to sugar coat it and pretend it wasn't a bad experience. I called the Roovr support team after the visit because things didn't line up and will be submitting my report with pictures. Our puppy was not ok.
