20 Years Experience Caring For Dogs I'm Lisa and love to have dogs stay with us in our home. I can watch small and small/medium sized dogs (up to 50 pounds). I am not watching puppies under one year anymore. I have been doing this for 10 years. I have many happy clients and 40 repeat guests! My 35 year old son Greg helps out a lot with the dogs. Greg is a mildly mentally disabled young adult who has a special bond with animals. Animals make him feel good about his life and animals love him! They seem very comfortable with him and drawn to him. He has not been able to find a job so playing with the dogs makes him feel useful. Gregory will give your dog lots of love and companionship. Your dog will have so much love and attention in our home. Of course, I supervise all of the care. My husband and 2 other grown sons also love dogs and help out as well! Greg and I walk the dogs several times a day. The house is comfy and safe for dogs with lots of soft spots for them to lie on and lots of toys to play with. The dogs sleep in our rooms if you would like. We try to match the sleeping arrangements closest to what they are accustomed to. I am very flexible with drop-off and pick-up times. If your dog needs medication, or eye washes or any special care, it is not extra and not a problem. I used to work for a vet. We have 2 dogs that get along well with other dogs. There is a doggie door which leads to a deck in the back with a small fenced in area. The dogs are walked often but can also go back there to do their business. We treat your dogs like members of our family. We are home Full-Time and offer 24-hour care so we can give your dog plenty of attention. I can administer oral medication.
