I can’t even begin to explain how stressful this booking was. I received 4 total photos for a 5 day stay. I had to ask multiple times to even receive those photos and any updates regarding my dog. She had a lot of excuses and basically just took my money without actually going to my house at the times she was supposed to. I booked an in home stay so why did my dog go 20+ hours without being let out? On top of that she neglected to even return our house key to which I had to message her multiple times to get her to do so to which she arrived at 9pm on the day she was SUPPOSED to let me dog out to return the key. If we hadn’t of come home my dog would’ve been in the house over 24hrs no food or water. We’ve used linzi before and she was great, this time she completely dropped the ball and neglected my animal. My problem is not that she was late some days, I’m very lenient. My problem is the lying about what time she will be going to my house and not even responding to my texts when she has a key to my house? and excuses for not even showing ups. Moral of the story, never again will I use rover.

I found Linzi a few weeks prior to starting my new job and was disappointed when our 1st week was a disaster (This was supposed to be a recurring walk but I've since changed walkers). 1) Sunday Meet n Greet = No Show 2) Mon - Wed = visits from Linzi 3) Thurs and Fri = No Show. My dog is my baby and he's sensitive to begin with, so holding his potty in for 10 hours upset both of us greatly. He was cowering, tail between his legs, whimpering, had vomited and later had a loose tummy. I couldn't be more upset and shocked. Why wasn't I or Rover contacted so that something else could be arranged? How was this fair to poor pup that doesn't understand what is going on? I was already sad leaving him to go back into an office and then he's neglected by his walker. I couldn't be more upset! This should never have happened, especially with Rover's ability to track walks.
