Pet care experience
Throughout my childhood, my family always had a dog, so I grew up taking care of, loving on, and adventuring with my pup. We just had to say goodbye to our lab mix, Bacon. She was 11 years old and was my best friend and adventure buddy. I believe there’s always room in my life for more dog snuggles, and I would love to take care of your pup and treat him or her like they are my own.

Lindsey was such an amazing sitter! She took great care of Hamish. She was super accommodating to us when our schedule changed at the last minute. Also a great communicator, she responded really quickly to messages. Overall 10 out of 10, would definitely love to have her watch Hamish again!
Lindsey and her husband did a great job taking care of my dog! This was my first time using Rover so I was a little nervous about how it would go but I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Lindsey was very responsive and sent me pictures of them playing and going on walks. My dog tends to have separation anxiety but I know she had a great time because she came home her normal happy self. I would definitely use Lindsey again in the future!

We live in a walk-friendly neighborhood and also have a (non fenced) yard for frequent potty breaks! I am a long distance runner, so if your pup enjoys running, I would be glad to take them out on a daily run (to their comfort level).

A typical day
Bacon always enjoyed 2 walks a day (morning and evening) in our neighborhood, in addition to enjoying some outside time in the yard playing ball or chasing sticks! I love to get out and stay active, so I can take your pup for a run or hike, if he/she is into that.

Availability
I work full time, but have a generally flexible schedule, and my husband is mostly working from home, so your pup will almost always have someone around for them. I am open to long term arrangements, but can also be available for last minute walks or boarding if needed.
