I have grown up with pets and now own two dogs of my own. My female is 11 and my male is 4. I love them dearly and always look for the best care when I go out of town, so I intend to provide the best care for anyone who also loves their dogs just as much as I do. I have had my two under my care for about 2 years now. The younger one has gone through beginner and intermediate dog training so we are always continuing to practice good manners. I will make sure that your dog has individual attention, but will also treat him/her as part of the pack. My dogs and I have a daily routine that can absolutely accommodate another fur baby and incorporate the routines that you and your dog are use to. I work full time as a Wildlife Biologist, so I will be gone during the week days usually from 7am until 5pm. Sometimes I do telework from home, which would be great for staying with the pups all day, it's my favorite part of telework getting to see my dogs while being home. On days that I sit I will plan for staying home all evening and during the weekend. I will try to plan with dog owners whom I sit for to meet up ahead of time so that our pups can meet in advance. I live in a two bedroom home with all tile and wood floors. It has a wrap-around yard for the dogs to run around in. During the summer the grass is dry but cut down due to the owner not having an irrigation system. It has a rot iron fence about 3.5-4ft tall. There is about 3in of separation between each bar. If your dog is good at jumping over fences please keep this in mind. I can always take them into the yard on a leash, but I would need to know their behavior before hand just to make sure they have the safest stay that they can.
