If they are potty trained, how aggressive dog is to strangers and myself, what vaccines your dog has had/how up to date these vaccines are given, medical history of dog in past year or so (includes current medical conditions). Also, what your dog loves to do in its free time, if it is more active or a couch potato, if it likes to snuggle or have its own space, and favorite spots to scratch. What things excite, scare, or make your pet anxious is also very important to know.

If applicable, I would love to walk to a dog park and have your pet interact with some other animals. In addition to that, I love going on long walks in different environments: some walks are directly in the city and others are by parks and national monuments! I personally want to give the best experience/walk to your pet, so if your dog has any requests or needs I am more than happy to fulfill them.
