Pet care experience
I have experience pet sitting and walking many sizes and breeds of dogs over 15 years. I love all pets, any size, age, or breed and have experience watching elderly and disabled pets. I love a good walk, so let me know if your pet needs a specific level of activity so I can meet their specific needs. I have a loveable Labrador and as a dog owner I know how much quality care means to an owner while they are out and about! I will send updates throughout my stay/walk and am happy to meet your specific requests. I operate out of Arcola Center, so I am happy to provide services especially to the Arcola/Dulles Landing area of South Riding. Please message me to set up a meet and greet with your pet.

I do not offer boarding in my personal home. I always prefer to meet you and the pet before our first booking unless you only have cats. I am a pet owner myself and so I know exactly how to care for your pet and home while you are gone. My spouse remains at home to care for my pet while I am house sitting. Expect me to have lots of questions at our meet and greet so that I am well equipped to care for your pet.

A typical day
I love to walk and take my own lab on long (1 hr/3+ mile walks or jogs). Please specify your dog’s routine and preferences for walking! It is also helpful to know if your pet is friendly with other dogs or children as sometimes they approach on walks!

Availability
My schedule will greatly vary depending on your needs and my personal commitments. For house sitting, you can expect me to spend the majority of my time in your home with your pet assuming you have reliable WiFi for me to work from home. Other than that I will only leave occasionally for personal needs/food.
