Hello! My name is Lindsey and I have lived with dogs all my life and am passionate about my 4 legged fur babies. I'm happiest in their company. I am also Trustee for the charity Cuban Animal Rescue. We are a small team that fundraise and provide education to the Cuban locals alongside providing neutering and spaying campaigns for the street animals in Cuba. Almost all the money I raise from Rover goes towards CAR and the small amount I hold back is for treats and anything doggy related that I need. I do not do this for profit. I live in a large house with a spacious, enclosed garden in Roundhay park with my gorgeous Labrador Blu who is still a big puppy at 6.5 years old, my son Kaelan, 13 and my partner Michael - they love animals just as much as i do! I work from home in my garden office so i'm always around and because I pick and choose my hours, i spend more time playing, cuddling and dog walking, we keep our walks varied and fun. Our regular walks are Roundhay Park, lakes and woods, Gledhow woods, Eccup and occasional trips to the seaside! Blu is extremly friendly with all dogs, and loves to have doggie company, he adores puppies jumping all over him and has earned himself the nickname of 'Therapy Blu' amongst regular dog walkers due to his special gift of making even the most timid or sociable dogs feel at ease with him. I allow the run of our house downstairs which is huge and all of the garden plus my office and I will follow your routines exactly. Your dog is welcome on my sofa for a snuggle anytime. I allow my overnight dogs who usually stay upstairs to do the same so as not to upset their routines. I always take photos and update you as I know how worrying it can be to leave your baby. If you would like your dog to have the best holiday ever then our home is like a 5 star doggy hotel! I'm very flexible and happy to meet you before making a commitment so whatever your requirements give me a shout and I look forward to meeting you and your fur-baby. I work for myself so i pick and choose my hours. My office is in the garden and open for my 4 legged guests to be with me if they choose. I follow the routine you give me. All my dogs are allowed the run of the house downstairs and usually go upstairs with me as they tend to follow me everywhere! I am very easy going and treat every dog as I would my own.
